When asked if we cater, the answer is, "It depends". Alabama BBQ operates as a fixed location and rarely performs off-premise catering. Instead, we recommend bulk or picnic style.

Mix & match meats, sides and sauces with these suggested portions:
Pint of Meat serves 3 - 4 adults
Pint of Sides serves 4 - 6 adults
Pint of Sauce serves 8

We require a minimum of 48-hours notice on all bulk orders and a 50% deposit (cash or check). Food may be picked up hot or cold (with holding/heating instructions). Delivery and disposables are also available with additional fees.

If you're hosting a large public event or party (75+ people) we can "mobilize" our concession trailer. Facility requirements: dedicated 50-Amp circuit/four-prong range outlet and maneuvering space. Our County Health License also requires access to non-potable water and recommends a restroom nearby.

For on-location events, a good rule of thumb is to anticipate a minimum food budget of $750 plus transit and setup/breakdown fees - which vary by geography.Please call or email for catering and bulk purchases
